I’m in Sicily, it’s November 10th. It’s 7.30 am and I have just finished my breakfast on the terrace. It’s sunny and it’s so hot.
I was thinking about the beautiful work done last night with a wild French couple who chose to renew their wedding vows in the beautiful Noto, in Sicily, with a country-style Elopement.
Among olive trees, almond groves, lemons, oranges and carob trees, it was immediately… magic.
The sunset light to frame, to warmly inlay the naturalistic and wildlife scenario of the Vendicari reserve.
And here I am to capture dream moments. The attention to detail and a simple set-up that in my opinion blends divinely with the surrounding nature.
Looking at the photos taken, I can still feel the sense of peace of this place… Zen. What a charm! And “che bedda sta Sicilia”, what a lovely Sicily.
I feel that I exist, I feel the lava flowing under the ground.

I love to photograph wild minds and places, authentic people who live with simplicity. Well, I would like that weddings be all like this, more real, more heartfelt, more intimate, more wild, more nature.
